How do I Update My Joint Service Transcript?

To update or make corrections to your Joint Service Transcript, you must submit a document to your force institute.

Your document necessarily contains your name, email address, and the last 4 digits of your SSN.

Army

Army personnel supposedly ensure the correctness of their training records before uploading them into JST. For missing or incorrect personal data, inform your Personnel Officer/S-1 so they can make corrections.

Navy

If you’re an active duty member of the Navy, contact the Personnel and Administration Office. They will submit corrections to PERS-312 or PERS-8.

Marine Corps

Active duty Marine Corps personnel must contact their Unit Diary/Admin NCO. They will submit corrections to update MCTFS.

Coast Guard

Active duty personnel or their ESO may inform their missing data and documentation to ETQC Registrar’s office by email: [email protected].
