• Register to get a JST account by visiting the registration page at https://jst.doded.mil/jst/registration
• Find The Transcripts tab at the top of the page and click on it

• Choose the Official Transcript Request tab and click on it

• Type the name of the institute. The search will be easier if you use a smaller part of the institution’s name.
• Hit enter key on your keyboard or click search on the page screen.
• Scroll through the institute list, then click the institution you desired
• Verify the delivery method for your JST Army transcript. There are two methods, online delivery and postal service delivery.
