JST is an acronym for the Joint Services Transcript. The American Council on Education (ACE) approved the use of transcript documents of JST in academic institutions.

Using Usual Method

Here are the steps to login into JST using a username and password. They are:

• Type the JST website address on your search bar.
• After the homepage appears, click Login.

• Type your Username and Password in the column provided

• Click enter on your keyboard or Login tab using your cursor

Using DOD CAC Card

You can access JST with CAC Login as well. The steps of JST Army login applying the second method are as follows:

• Similar to the previous method, the first step is to visit JST’s official web
• Choose CAC Login and click on it

If you accidentally forgot your JST password or username, there is a different solution for service and nonservice members.

Solutions for Service Members

Service members who forgot their access information need to reset their password. To do that, you need to click the Forgot Password.

The account will be locked if you have tried three attempts and failed.

As a consequence, you need to send an email to [email protected]. And then, inform your name and the last four numbers of your SSN in your email.

You may need to register again on the JST US Army official web. After obtaining a new account, you can use it to log in.

If you are still unable to register or reinstate your account, send mail to the JST office.

How to get your JST Army? You can request official JST transcripts by directly following the steps below:

• Register to get a JST account by visiting the registration page at https://jst.doded.mil/jst/registration

If you have trouble ordering online, submit a request form provided by the Navy, Marine Corps, and Army. Contrary to the three forces, only the Coast Guard applies a special mailing request form.

To update or make corrections to your Joint Service Transcript, you must submit a document to your force institute.

Your document necessarily contains your name, email address, and the last 4 digits of your SSN.

Army

Army personnel supposedly ensure the correctness of their training records before uploading them into JST. For missing or incorrect personal data, inform your Personnel Officer/S-1 so they can make corrections.

Navy

If you’re an active duty member of the Navy, contact the Personnel and Administration Office. They will submit corrections to PERS-312 or PERS-8.

Marine Corps

Active duty Marine Corps personnel must contact their Unit Diary/Admin NCO. They will submit corrections to update MCTFS.

Coast Guard

Active duty personnel or their ESO may inform their missing data and documentation to ETQC Registrar’s office by email: [email protected].
